Return and Refund Policy:
Online Purchases that are unopened or items damaged during the process of delivery may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from receiving the item. The initial returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis and it is required that you email us at aiprints123@gmail.com, before returning your items in order for us to be aware of the return and also the initial shipping expense that could be accrued by you the buyer. A.I. Prints is not responsible for the return expenses accrued from returns.

We as A.I. Prints take no liability for defects on our customized shirts that are not within our control upon creation of our product, which can include but not limited to, image submission following initial upload to our Create Your T-Shirt System, changes in design after submission, etc.
